Subscriptions and QR Codes
QR Codes are tested before dispatch and are linked to your membership page.
Pet tags are dispatched via registered mail using registered post.
QR Code kits are dispatched via Express Post using Australia Post.
Cancellation of your subscription must be made within 7 days of delivery of product.
Pet tags are to be returned at the purchaser's expense with packaging unopened and tags in good condition.
QR Code kits are to be returned at the purchaser's expense with packaging unopened and in good condition.
Upon receipt of your returned goods and checked for condition your subscription will be cancelled and any refunds given minus the set-up fee.
Goods not returned unopened or in good condition will be subject to the set-up fee plus a 1 yearly subscription charge.
Upon membership cancellation, the QR Codes will no longer link, and your membership page deleted.
Membership and use of the QR codes is designed to act as a deterrent to help in the reduction of goods being stolen. Code and Protect cannot stop thieves from taking goods. Code and Protect cannot be responsible or any goods taken. Membership to the website is subject to the plan owner being the owner of the goods in which will be coded. Where it is suspected that the website is being used for fraudulent activities, Code and Protect reserve the right to report any such conduct to the lawful authorities.

Shampoos
Shampoos have been tested before dispatch. Returns must be with the product unused and in an unopened package with postage at the purchaser's expense. Used products will not be accepted for refund unless the usage is minimal and a full explanation as to why a refund needs to be given. See Shipping and Returns.
Separate QR Code and Warning Stickers
QR Codes are tested before dispatch. No refunds excepted on QR Codes or Warning Stickers unless they are damaged. See Shipping and Returns.
